Refund Policy
At IPTV Stream 4K Store, we provide refunds for digital products/services under specific conditions. We strongly advise users to take advantage of a trial before making a purchase.
Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: A complete refund is available if the purchase was made within the last 7 days. Refund requests beyond 7 days will be considered only if we couldn’t resolve an issue from our end.
- Partial Refund: For refund requests other than those falling under the full refund category, the amount refunded will be proportional to the unused period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.
No refunds or partial refunds will be provided if:
- The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup.
- The customer discovers another service.
- The customer refuses to apply solutions provided for any issues.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds processed through credit cards generally take 5 to 12 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account. In some cases, processing may take up to 30 days. It is important to note that we are not responsible for these time frames as we are not the payment provider but an IPTV service provider.
Refund Procedure:
Every refund typically takes 5 to 12 working days. Our payment processors handle refund requests, and we aim to process them promptly upon receiving the request and verifying user information.
Channel Issues:
Temporary issues such as freezing or buffering channels may occur due to various reasons. These include customer internet fluctuations, device/setup issues, ISP problems, server downtime, customer preferences, or routine server updates.
Compensation for Downtime:
If users experience 72 hours or more of downtime due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will either provide a full refund of the package price or add the lost time to the subscription for free. Additionally, we may offer extra bonuses, which can be negotiated.
